Locations
For the convenience of our patients, we offer office locations in two areas of Western Massachusetts. We are affiliated with Bay State Medical center, Mercy Hospital, and Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
Directions to our Offices
DIRECTIONS TO 222 CAREW ST., SPRINGFIELD FROM CONNECTICUT:
91 North to exit 8 (290 East). Take the first exit (2B) off 290 East, which is Dwight St. Turn left at the bottom of the ramp. Go to the 2nd light. At the light, turn right onto Carew St. Go through the next set of lights and take the first left onto Massasoit St. 222 Carew St. is right there at the corner of Carew and Massasoit St. You may park in any of the three parking lots for the building; two are on the building side and one is directly across the street from those two areas. Take either of the elevators to the 3rd floor.

DIRECTIONS TO 222 CAREW ST., SPRINGFIELD FROM NORTHAMPTON/GREENFIELD:
91 South to exit 8 (290, 20 East). Almost immediately, take the first exit (2A) onto Chestnut St. Quickly get into the left hand and make a U-turn in front of the YMCA. At the first set of lights, turn right onto Carew St. Take the first left onto Massasoit St. 222 Carew St. is right there at the corner of Carew and Massasoit St. You may park in any of the three parking lots for the building; two are on the building side and one is directly across the street from those two areas. Take either of the elevators to the 3rd floor.

DIRECTIONS TO 10 MAIN ST., FLORENCE FROM GREENFIELD:
Rt. 91 South to exit 20. Stay in the right lane as you merge with traffic. At the lights (Webber and Grinnell will be on your right), turn right onto Bridge Rd. Go 1.6 mi. on Bridge Rd. (Fitzgerald Fence company will be on the right) then turn left onto Chestnut St. Go through the lights at the intersection of Main St. and Chestnut St. (our building is on that corner). Turn left into the parking lot. The entrance is on the Chestnut St. side and we are on the second floor.

Rt. 91 North to exit 19. At the exit, go straight across the road onto Damon Rd. - DO NOT turn right onto Rt. 9 over the Coolidge Bridge. Go through the lights at the Damon Rd. and King St. intersection onto Bridge Rd. Go 1.6 mi. on Bridge Rd. (Fitzgerald Fence company will be on the right) then turn left onto Chestnut St. Go through the lights at the intersection of Main St. and Chestnut St. (our building is on that corner). Turn left into the parking lot. The entrance is on the Chestnut St. side and we are on the second floor.
